Goal
Every cell is either filled or empty. Cross-reference the nonogram and region clues to complete the grid.
Nonogram clues
Numbers at the edges give the lengths of consecutive runs of filled cells. “2 1” means a run of two, a gap, then one filled cell.
Region clues
A plain number gives the size of the connected region containing that cell. Equal cells connect orthogonally, never diagonally.
Colors
The nine colors are personal annotations. They can help you track possible regions and never affect the solution.
Why “Bunkai”?
Bunkai means analysis or decomposition: break the puzzle into small deductions, then combine them to reveal the whole grid.
