Access:5 does not require users to create an account with the developer.

2. Local storage and Android backup

Game progress, settings, and statistics are primarily stored locally on your device.

Depending on your Android device, Google account settings, and the application's backup configuration, some locally stored application data may also be included in Android's backup and restore system. Such backups are managed by Google and are not directly accessible by the developer.

If you uninstall the application or erase its data, your locally stored progress may be deleted. In some cases, Android may be able to restore previously backed-up data.

3. Advertising

Access:5 displays advertising through Google AdMob, including rewarded advertising where available.

Google AdMob may automatically collect or process certain technical information in order to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services. This may include:

A million to one does not operate a separate Access:5 user account system and does not maintain its own server-based copy of your Google Play Games profile.

5. In-app purchases

Access:5 may offer an in-app purchase allowing users, for example, to remove advertising.

Payments are processed by Google Play.

A million to one does not receive or have access to your bank account details, payment card number, or other financial credentials.

The application may receive information from Google Play confirming the status of a purchase in order to provide or restore the corresponding feature, such as removing advertisements.

6. Third-party services

Access:5 does not sell your personal data.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, A million to one does not operate a server containing Access:5 user accounts or personal game profiles.

10. Children

Access:5 is a logic game that may be accessible to a broad audience.

The application does not require users to provide personal information directly to A million to one, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Third-party services integrated into the application, such as Google AdMob and Google Play Services, process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.

11. Your rights

12. Deleting your data
